Jordan Iannone
Jordan’s story in the drilling industry starts the way all good stories do: at the ground level, getting his hands dirty. Fresh out of high school in 1988, he jumped straight into the field as a helper and never looked back. Through grit, hard work, and a passion for the trade, he climbed the ranks from Driller to Equipment Operator, then to Project Supervisor, leading crews on tough drilling jobs around the world.
In 2004, Jordan took everything he’d learned and put it into building Hardrock Diamond Drilling Ltd. — starting with just one drill and a big vision. Over the years, he’s grown the company into a fleet of surface and underground rigs, capable of tackling the toughest terrain and the most demanding projects.
Today, Hardrock stands as a testament to Jordan’s dedication, experience, and belief that with the right crew, the right tools, and a no-quit attitude, there’s no ground too tough to conquer.
Denise van limbeek
Denise is the right hand of Hardrock Diamond Drilling — keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. From accounting and bookkeeping to full-scale office management, she handles it all with precision and dedication. With years of experience under her belt, Denise has been with Hardrock since day one, playing a key role in the company’s growth and success.
When she’s not keeping Hardrock running smoothly, Denise enjoys quality time with her family and friends, and getting outside for walks with her loyal furry companion.
Daniella iannone
Daniella is the oldest daughter of Jordan Iannone, has spent her life rooted in the heart of the Okanagan. With a deep appreciation for the region she calls home, Daniella has built her career around people and safety — serving as a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator.
Outside of work, Daniella’s world revolves around her family. As a proud mom of four teenagers, she balances the demands of parenting with her passion for fostering safe, supportive, and productive workplaces. Her natural leadership, strong sense of responsibility, and lifelong ties to her community are at the core of everything she does.
