Each project, big or small, we have a dedicated and committed team capable of tough terrain, deep over burden, and challenging environmental conditions.

Jordan Iannone

Jordan is the owner & founder of Hardrock Diamond Drilling Ltd. Entering into the drilling industry in 1988, straight out of high school, he started as a helper and worked his way up over the years and evolved from Driller, to Equipment Operator to Project Supervisor for numerous companies all over the globe. Starting Hardrock Drilling in 2004, he has grown the company from a single drill operation to a fleet of multiple surface and underground drills.

Denise Van Limbeek

Denise has been with Hardrock since the very beginning as the Office Manager. She works as Jordan’s right hand woman assisting in creating bids and various other tasks.

Nathan Iannone

Nathan Iannone is the only son in the Iannone Family and has recently hung up his skates after playing Junior A Hockey in the BCHL for 3 years. Seeing what his father has done for work all his life, he has decided to follow in his father’s footsteps with the hopes on day to run the family business. Nathan has started as a driller’s helper in Spring 2019. He has already been on Skid jobs, helicopter fly jobs and underground mine sites in less than a year. He looks forward to the years to follow in the mining industry and has already experienced working his first Round-Up in Vancouver and also his first Geoscience in Whitehorse, Yukon. He is on the path to success and already has a love for the industry.

Hardrock Diamond Drilling requires all employees to have the following certifications:

  • Must have a valid Driver’s Licence and must provide a current Driver’s Abstract annually.

  • Must have a valid First Aid certificate

    • Standard First Aid with CPR C

    • Transportation Endorsement

  • WHMIS
